Appointments are necessary for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing. For information or an appointment, call (913) 826-1200.
Appointment Clinic Services by Nurse Practitioners/Registered Nurses include:
- Vaginitis testing and treatment
- Sexually Transmitted Infection testing and treatment
- HIV counseling, testing, and referral
- Ryan White HIV/AIDS Case Management Services

Paying for Services
Please bring proof of income for every wage earner in the household. Valid proof of income includes:
- recent pay stub:
- W-2, or last tax return: or
- employer letter with hours worked and wage per hour.
- Fees for services and supplies are based on family size and income (major insurers may pay all or part of the cost)
- Partial payment may be made
- Some services are available regardless of ability to pay. Check with staff when you make your appointment for additional details
- Accepted payment includes cash, check, or major credit card
