Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

 

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program serves those with a confirmed diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, are low income and uninsured or underinsured. The Program offers medical case management that teaches HIV positive individuals to cope with HIV/AIDS and offers access to medical/social services. The Medical Case Manager connects clients to medical care, medication assistance, mental health counseling, dental, housing, and support groups.
