Appointments are not necessary for employment physicals, they are provided on a walk-in basis. For information, or if an appointment is required, call (913) 826-1200.
Clinic Services by Nurse Practitioners/Registered Nurses include:
- Physical examinations for adults
- Employment
- Child provider
- foster parents
- Higher education (cosmetology, nursing school, etc.)

Paying for Services
- Fees for services and supplies are based on family size and income (major insurers may pay all or part of the cost).
- Partial payment may be made.
- Some services are available regardless of ability to pay. Check with staff when you make your appointment for additional details.
- Accepted payment includes cash, check, or major credit card.
- Fee-based client accounts may be subject to collections if not paid.
