Employment/Higher Education Physicals

 
 

 

Appointments are not necessary for employment physicals, they are provided on a walk-in basis. For information, or if an appointment is required, call (913) 826-1200.

 

Clinic Services by Nurse Practitioners/Registered Nurses include:

  • Physical examinations for adults
    • Employment
    • Child provider
    • foster parents
    • Higher education (cosmetology, nursing school, etc.)

Paying for Services

  • Fees for services and supplies are based on family size and income (major insurers may pay all or part of the cost).
  • Partial payment may be made.
  • Some services are available regardless of ability to pay. Check with staff when you make your appointment for additional details.
  • Accepted payment includes cash, check, or major credit card.
  • Fee-based client accounts may be subject to collections if not paid.
