1/2 bagel or English muffin 1/2 cup cooked cereal, rice or pasta
1/2 cup cooked or chopped raw vegetables 1 medium potato 3/4 cup vegetable juice
1/2 grapefruit 1/2 cup berries or cut-up fruit 3/4 cup fruit juice
1-1/2 ounces natural cheese 2 ounces processed cheese
1/2 cup dried beans 1 egg 1/4 cup tuna 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1/3 cup nuts |
| WIC appointment hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please note that the WIC Program is closed for the lunch hour between noon and 1:00 pm.
