Tuberculosis:
State law requires that all cases of Tuberculosis
be reported to the local or state health department. Free medication is available
with a physician's prescription. X-rays and physician appointments are made
if certain criteria are met. Please call the health department for your initial
appointment.

Rabies:
Because
of the possibility of rabies following an animal bite or scratch, all exposures
should be reported to the Disease Containment program.

Blood Lead Level :
State law
requires that blood lead level be reported if greater than 10 micrograms of
lead per deciliter of blood (ug/dl) for children under 18 years; or greater
than 25 ug/dl for persons older than 18 years
