This division coordinates fiscal monitoring, grant coordination, budgeting, auditing, reporting and account functions, statistics, billing operations and forecasting for 24 grants and 42 cost centers.  This division also coordinates computer operations, human resources, payroll, and employee relations and other functional tasks.

Programs which are supported through Administrative Operations include:  Adult & Child Care; Disease Containment; Health Education; Outreach Nursing; Immunization; Prenatal; Women's and Men's Health; Women, Infants, and Children; and Well Child programs.  Program support includes scheduling of appointments, follow-up, medical chart preparation/auditing, data entry on Insight, the public health automated system, and secretarial functions.
